“Northern Life focuses on the four main Nisga’a houses of the Orca, Eagle, Wolf, and Raven around a salmon egg. The salmon egg is the main focus as it is an important resource to not only the people but the environment as a whole. With the nine colors, red depicting life, having the salmon egg and border red, it shows the connection and flow all life has.”
